Old Board Collection - Purchased from a family that had a farm in Frazeysburg, Ohio. The board was at least 100 years old, and made a wonderful folk art display. I donated the frame to a local restaurant near me called Covalt Station.

Here is what the board looked like when I received it. Old barwood cut into arrowhead shape. Tin placed on top, and painted. I have no idea what is going on with the wires on the back.

Heavy Duty - #5-3

Size: 2 3/8" L x 1 1/2" W.

Provenance: Found on farm in Frazeysburg, Muskinghum County, Ohio. See further provenance at top of page.

Colorful Sidenotch - #5-4

Size: 2 3/16" L x 1 5/16" W.

Provenance: Kentucky.

Condition: Super. A serious color piece. I am not sure on the material b/c of the patina on the cortex. I lean towards Carter Cave, but it could be Hornstone. Note how the maker used the natural edge of the nodule into the tip of the point. Very clever. Points like this are why I still get excited to collect.

Price: $100

Flint Ridge Bottleneck? - #5-5

Size: 3 1/16" L x 1 3/16" W.

Provenance: Found on farm in Frazeysburg, Muskinghum County, Ohio. See further provenance at top of page.

Condition: Super. This piece is finely made. Extremely fine in hand. Although it isn't a perfect match for Ohio Bottleneck, it is close enough. Material is a huge factor in my typology call. This is the exact grade/color of Flint Ridge that we expect in Bottlenecks.

Price: $SOLD> THANK YOU>

Hopewell - #5-6

Size: 2 1/2" L x 1" W.

Provenance: Found on farm in Frazeysburg, Muskinghum County, Ohio. See further provenance at top of page.

Condition: Good. Variegated Flint Ridge. Classic Hopewell shape.

Flint Ridge Bifurcate - #5-7

Size: 2 1/8" L x 1 1/8" W.

Provenance: Found on farm in Frazeysburg, Muskinghum County, Ohio. See further provenance at top of page.

Condition: Excellent. Extremely rare material for the type. This Ridge is literally jewel grade. I love the cortex on the top side. Will stick out in your bifurcate frame. If you don't have a bifurcate frame, shame on you.

Jacks Reef / Intrusive Mound - #5-9

Size: 2 5/16" L x 1 1/8" W.

Provenance: Found on farm in Frazeysburg, Muskinghum County, Ohio. See further provenance at top of page.

Condition: Super. Check out this Flint Ridge. Wonder subtle colors. Extremely high grade. This piece sits right on the razor's edge between Hopewell and Intrusive Mound cultures. Strongly recommend this one.

Price: $SOLD> THANK YOU>

Nether's Flint Ridge Broadblade - #5-10

Size: 1 5/8" L x 1 1/8" W.

Provenance: Found on farm in Frazeysburg, Muskinghum County, Ohio. See further provenance at top of page.

Condition: Good. Not the greatest from a size/condition stand point. But, this material is insane. Not only beautiful, but this is about as heavy a patina you will ever see on Nether's Flint Ridge.

Price: $SOLD> THANK YOU>
